  • Participates in HR planning and various HR study and design activities
  • Participate in the HR policy revision and or development

  • Handles payments (internal & External), benefits and various requests of employees;
  • Facilitate and process promotion, transfer and external recruitment;
  • Arrange various human resource development programs and
  • Conduct post training evaluation
  • Preform other duties as required
Job Requirement:

Qualification: BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.

Experience: 3 years of relevant experience preferably in banking industry of which 1 year as Junior HR officer.
